How do I book a ride? +
Open the Monsuwi app, enter your pickup and destination address, confirm the fare
estimate, and tap "Request Ride". A verified driver will be matched with you instantly.
Can I cancel a ride after booking? +
Yes, you can cancel a ride before the driver arrives. Note that repeated
cancellations may affect your account rating.
How do drivers get paid? +
Passengers pay the driver directly in cash. The platform charges a service commission
which is deducted from the driver's pre-loaded wallet on a per-trip basis.
Is Monsuwi available in my city? +
Monsuwi is currently active in Kerala, India and expanding rapidly. Open the app and
enter your location to see if service is available in your area.
How do I report a problem with my trip? +
