1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, accessing, or using the Monsuwi application, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not use our services.

2. Use of the Platform

Monsuwi provides a technology platform connecting passengers with independent driver-partners. We are not a transportation company and our driver-partners are independent contractors, not employees of Monsuwi.

You must be at least 18 years of age to create an account and use Monsuwi services. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

3. User Responsibilities

You agree to use the platform responsibly, provide accurate and current information, and comply with all applicable local, state, and national laws and regulations. Any misuse of the platform — including fraudulent activity or harassment — may result in immediate account suspension.

4. Payments and Fares

Fare estimates are provided upfront and are subject to change based on route and demand. Passengers are responsible for paying the fare to the driver. Any disputes regarding payments should be reported to our support team within 24 hours of the trip.

5. Cancellations

You may cancel a ride before the driver has arrived. Repeated cancellations may negatively impact your account standing and may result in temporary restrictions on your ability to book rides.

6. Limitation of Liability

Monsuwi is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform. Our total liability in connection with any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific service in question.

7. Privacy

Your use of Monsuwi is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

8. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
